1. Booking with Vinguino

Bookings for wine tastings and events must be made via e-mail. Your registration becomes binding once you have received a confirmation and paid the issued invoice via bank transfer. A spot may be transferred to another person, provided that the participant is at least 18 years old.

2. Prices

All prices are stated in Danish kroner. Vinguino is not VAT-registered, and no VAT is added to the services.

3. Payment

Payment is made exclusively via bank transfer based on the invoice sent to you by e-mail. The payment deadline is 8 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

The event must be fully paid no later than 14 days before the tasting. Vinguino does not receive or store any payment card information.

4. Change of Venue

Vinguino reserves the right to change the event location to similar facilities within the same area. Such changes will be communicated no later than one week before the event.

5. Cancellation by Vinguino

Vinguino may cancel events in case of illness or insufficient registrations. If an event is cancelled, participants may choose between:

• transferring their booking to a new date, or
• receiving a full refund.

We cannot guarantee that cancelled events will be rescheduled. All participants will be contacted via e-mail or phone if changes occur.

6. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of issue.

7. Cancellation by the Participant

Bookings are binding. In accordance with Danish consumer law, there is no right of withdrawal for leisure activities tied to a specific date.

However, Vinguino offers the following refund options:

• 100% refund if cancelled at least 30 days before the event
• 50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the event

No refund for cancellations later than 14 days before the event

8. GDPR & Personal Data

Vinguino stores only the information necessary to manage your booking: Name, E-mail; Phone number (if provided). We do not store IP addresses or payment data.

No personal information is shared with third parties. All data is handled confidentially and securely. 

9. Age Requirement

Participation in events where alcohol is served requires that the participant is 18 years or older.

10. Liability Waiver

Participation in Vinguino's events is at your own risk. Vinguino cannot be held responsible for personal injury, illness, allergic reactions, damage to property, or incidents related to alcohol consumption, unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Vinguino. Participants are responsible for:

• informing Vinguino about allergies or special considerations
• assessing their own alcohol tolerance
• safe transportation to and from the event
• their own conduct before, during, and after the tasting

Vinguino reserves the right to refuse participation to visibly intoxicated guests without refund.

11. Complaints

If you wish to file a complaint regarding a service delivered by Vinguino, you may use the EU's Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR).
